this month's featured image is a special look at the iconic "Tree of Life" on the island kingdom of bahrain. this mesquite tree is over 400 years old and stands nearly 10 metres high. it grows on its own, void of any other vegitation within sight, its deep roots the only source of nourishment. legend has it that the tree marks the spot of the garden of eden. this Limited Edition Fine Art Print on canvas made its debut at the 56th annual dhahran art show, "dreams of arabia" on october 5, 2011
